The delivery took a long time, and when the hairdryer finally arrived, it was meant for medium to long hair, while I have short hair. When I inquired about returning it, I received only a generic email offering 10% off my next purchase. I have no intention of ordering from this service again.

I wouldn't have rated even 1 star if there had been a negative option. I purchased a weighted cow advertised for anxiety relief, which looked like a decent size for £30. Don’t be fooled; it’s only a third of the size, has no heat pack, is not weighted, and is too small to use as a comfort item. To return it, I'm responsible for shipping back to the overseas location! I thought I was ordering from a local company!
