This is a very misleading company that's says it's in the U.K but indeed it's not , its from somewhere in Singapore.I returned a parcel to their collection office in London by mistake, but I wasn't allowed a refund even though I had postage proof. Apparently ,Unwanted parcels should be returned abroad at expensive postage fees. They claimed I hadn't sent it back so I was offered a 50% refund which I had to take. I felt like I'd been scammed and told them so. But they're not bothered as they've made a profit from me. The items were tacky and I didn't see them as safe for use, they look nothing like their pictures on the website. Please don't buy from this company. You won't get your full refund back. I guess they'd say they haven't received your returns even if you posted it back to them abroad . This is how they run a business & it needs closing down.I have just reported this company to "action fraud ' they've received many more reports too from Ausbury London . ( I asked ).Please do the same it might spur them on to do something about it .This company are selling unsafe goods. Had I have given the products that I'd received from them to my pet , they would've choked or been poisoned. I doubt this company would've cared either way . They're far enough away to be untouchable. That's how they get away with it.
