Beware!! I ordered a scooter and cancelled a few hours later and they refused to cancel order stating they “already shipped”. Then told me to just refuse shipment! Well that would mean I would have to stay home all dsy and wait for delivery, cannot as I work like most people. Here is where it gets worse… fedex driver dumps package on driveway and leaves; mind you the package has company logo on it which can be seen from afar. Guess what? Someone took it (shocker) I mean they didn’t even put on porch; just dropped in driveway!!!! I also don’t understand how they can leave something that cost me over $800 without having a signature!! I have contacted ausom and they acted as if they would address and take care of issue as they even acknowledged that fedex was careless in delivering the package! Well the next day they instructed me to file a case with fedex and that if they don’t take care of it then theres nothing ausom can do. WOW 😮 I spoke to a coworker whom works in logistics and she informed mr that the shipper/seller should be taking care of this issue 100% NOT ME! Ausom paid fedex to deliver scooter and they carelessly left on driveway advertising the product to everyone who passes by!!!!! And lets not forget that I cancelled this item right after I ordered! You cannot tell me that their logistics department couldn’t relay a message to fedex to have driver not deliver package and instead return it to ausom? Seems to me that they had no intention on canceling order and now that they have money Im on my own! So now I have paid for a scooter that I never even received!! Also, I requested to speak with someone in management multiple times and they responded with “we do not have a contact number that you can call”. So you will never be able to speak with anyone at this company!!! I will update this review if ausom does in fact take care of this issue!!!
