This scooter goes very fast, holds a charge and it is very sturdy.Customer service here is great. They have always responded within 24-48 hrs of any inquiry or issue. I did have a problem with the motor after 3 months and they did end me a new one. They sent video for me to follow to replace it. I am handy so I was able to do it. That is the only drawback, there is no store front in the NY area. So may make sure you have an e-scooter repair shop near by , regaurdless of what scooter you buy.
