Extremely Disappointed – Poor Customer Service and Misleading WarrantyMy experience with Ausom has been nothing short of frustrating. After receiving a scooter with a broken part, I initially requested a replacement. However, I was told I would need to cover the shipping costs for the replacement item. Given that, I opted to return the entire scooter instead.Despite returning the product over three weeks ago, I have yet to receive a refund. Every attempt to contact customer service has been met with generic, automated responses that offer no real assistance—just templated messages about how much they “value” their customers.This is only scratching the surface. The product itself felt like cheap, rebranded Chinese merchandise sold at a premium price point. The advertised "2-year warranty" is misleading—it’s essentially a 6-month warranty with additional costs for replacements.I strongly urge others to think twice before purchasing anything from Ausom. I’m currently out $1,400 for a scooter I never even got to use. An incredibly disappointing experience overall.
