I have been with this provider since 2018, and the service was excellent until recently. There has been a significant decline in response times and service quality. I've spent hours trying to get support over the last three months. The live chat responses take days and often do not address my concerns. They have not been able to help with my connection issues, so I am moving on. When I requested to cancel my membership, I was informed that I needed to do it over the phone, and I waited 15 minutes to speak to someone.
