I made an account with them, and the very first day I found a much better deal with a different company. At the phone, the customer service was really friendly, cancelled the account within 5 minutes, and really gave a great impression.

Also setting up the account in the first place was very simple, so overall, despite the short time together (a few hours), it was an extremely smooth ride! :D

Terrible experience with the upgrade

I upgraded to the highest plan, yet the speeds at my home barely reached 20% of what was promised. I was charged heavily for the callout and the upgrade fee. There was no real discount for combining mobile data with home internet. Shortly after the upgrade, the internet started dropping frequently, and eventually stopped working altogether. I've been billed over 1k in 3 months for a service that provided no value!

Not recommended

I do not recommend this internet provider. Frequent disconnections and their prices are excessively high. Please avoid signing up with them. I previously used another provider and found the internet to be much more reliable.

While trying to reset my password, the email I requested never arrived. After waiting on the phone for over an hour, I was unable to reach anyone.

Declining service quality

I have been with this provider since 2018, and the service was excellent until recently. There has been a significant decline in response times and service quality. I've spent hours trying to get support over the last three months. The live chat responses take days and often do not address my concerns. They have not been able to help with my connection issues, so I am moving on. When I requested to cancel my membership, I was informed that I needed to do it over the phone, and I waited 15 minutes to speak to someone.

The customer service representative I spoke with was exceptional and clearly explained how she could assist me. She was friendly and made sure I understood everything. I hope her efforts are recognized, as it was a wonderfully calm experience.

Inefficient communication

This company is extremely inefficient to deal with. When I tried to discuss my issues, I found no one could assist me or transfer me to someone who could help. The only option is to submit a written complaint through the operator.

Lack of support

I reported ongoing internet issues but was told they couldn't find any problems on their side. Instead of investigating further, the support team gave up and suggested the issue was with my equipment. There was no genuine effort to diagnose or resolve the problem. Very disappointing service for what I pay.
