Aussie Broadband runs a very profitable scam.They charge you a $10 late fee if your invoice bounces. The problem is that you are Literally unable to change the date that the invoice comes out. So it ends up bouncing 100% of the time, meaning I get charged an extra $10 Every. Single. Month.The only way I do not get charged this is if I spend like 30min+ setting up some bloody payment plan, but again.. You have to do that Every. Single. Bloody. Month.Quite the smart scam theyve set up, legal sure.. But still very much a rort. Shame on you AussieBBLife is hard enough for the average australian without you lot scamming the public out of even more money..Shame.
