I’ve been a loyal customer since 2013. I was initially impressed by the quality and fit of their underwear. However, my most recent purchase was disappointing. It’s become hard to find breathable cotton options. The new synthetic materials lack breathability. Additionally, my delivery didn’t include the promised bonus multi-color shorts. I hope the brand can return to the quality seen in the early 2010s. I miss the classic cotton styles.
