Long-time fan but feeling let down

I’ve been a loyal customer since 2013. I was initially impressed by the quality and fit of their underwear. However, my most recent purchase was disappointing. It’s become hard to find breathable cotton options. The new synthetic materials lack breathability. Additionally, my delivery didn’t include the promised bonus multi-color shorts. I hope the brand can return to the quality seen in the early 2010s. I miss the classic cotton styles.

Low Quality, clearly made in China!

I ordered the Handlebars swimming trunks and some underwear that still hasn’t arrived. The quality is noticeably different this time. The material feels looser, and the drawstrings lack the finished ends they used to have. I’m really disappointed. The compromise in quality is unacceptable; I won’t be ordering again.
