Nothing to say about the designs, they look amazing! The quality control on the other hand is not at the level expected. I am assuming this is what keeps the prices so low but it is obviously getting very bad lately. The quality used to be very high, alas not any more. My biggest criticism is sizing. Forget the size charts. Until recently, I thought that the sizing is unique for every item but now I even came across on cases where the sizing is off between colours of the same model! I mean off by 2 inches here! That means, sizing is an indication more than anything else. The return is free though if not bought on sales but usually sales are on? I might be wrong for the last part though. Another issue is the fact that the design cannot support the intent. It’s is difficult to clearly explain what I mean but I can try to give an example. Some tights are see-through if worn, well, tight! So, the fabric’s white colour becomes visible while the printed pattern becomes visually washed out when stretched. Hence, they are now offered free of charge. Am I making sense? Who knows. Shipping is bad. Too long and some times no items after 2 months. You guys really have to work on shipping too. No issues with customs though for UK orders. Customer service was very good but last time I had to contact them via email twice and still no answer. Don’t know why. However, for the price, they are amazing. Will I keep buying them? Probably yes but it’s getting harder to justify the hustle! My review is there in order to better a wonderful product at a very, very competitive price. Above all, they look great when they fit! Still, highly recommend them for nowAll in all:1.
