The quality is subpar, and the products do not match the descriptions or serve their intended purpose—it's misleading marketing at its worst. I ordered three different toys, and all of them are cheaply made. I wish I had seen these reviews before making my purchase. It feels like a waste of time and money. I've requested a refund, but I need to return the items at my own expense and supposedly with tracking to prevent loss—it's an absolute scam! I strongly advise against buying from this seller. Interestingly, I received a response here, but I had already contacted their support team before writing this and have yet to receive a reply.
