I ordered 2 items but received one. Their response centre asked me for details of the product which was strange as all the details were on the email showing pictures and items I ordered. It has been 7 days and still no response. The contact number is a disconnected number.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING - SCAM Company….please report your experiences to the ACCC…this company should be shut down. Returning products to China to get a refund is not acceptable, quality does not meet Australian standards and when received are not as described online. Breach of so many consumer laws yet they continue to trade. Absolute joke!!!

The quality is absolutely awful… I regret not checking the reviews beforehand, as I truly believed I was buying a product made locally… but it's not!!!! Clear labels indicate it’s from overseas, poorly constructed and completely unsuitable for my pet. Very flimsy material and much smaller than advertised. Please save yourself time and money and avoid these products. I'm extremely disappointed, thinking I was supporting local craftsmanship, but it feels like a total scam.

This service is a scam. They claim to be locally based with an Australian name. The products are sourced from abroad and take three weeks to arrive. The toys were half the size of what was shown in the pictures. My pet chewed through it in just two hours. I cannot recommend this service or their products. They are overpriced for such poor quality.
