Direct conversations are not possible, as they rely solely on email, and responses can be slow. If you are an experienced author who can handle marketing independently, they may work for you, but don't expect much guidance if you're new to publishing.
In September 2025, I submitted my manuscript online. They acknowledged receipt and later praised my work, offering to publish it on a partner basis, which required a significant financial contribution. After careful consideration, I decided to proceed. However, I faced issues with the payment process due to insufficient information provided by the company. Despite reaching out for clarification, I experienced delays in their response. I urge caution if you are considering submitting manuscripts to this firm. After further communication, I did receive the necessary details and have now completed the payment, hoping for a smooth process moving forward.
