To hell with BUSCALIBRE!!! I am learning guitar and purchased The Hal Leonard Method series. I purchased what was advertised ad a complete edition. The Complete edition should have audio associated. The pathetic scumbags at BUSCALIBRE sell a complete version with the audio pulled. Which makes it incomplete. I reached out. They showed that didn't give a damn. So to hell with them. I encourage all to find a retailer that will aid the customer and not hide behind bullshit and semantics. I say again, to hell with BUSCALIBRE !!

Terrible service; they sent the wrong book. I reached out to inform them, but was asked to complete administrative tasks, even though I mentioned it was for a birthday gift. I was ignored for over a week. No refund, and I have to wait for their investigation while holding the incorrect book and they have my money. Next time, I will choose a different platform.
