You charged $535 USD with a .com domain despite claiming to be Australian-based (legitimate Australian firms use .au and AUD). Your "assessment" was reading a generic script with zero personalized document review or actual analysis. You called on Sunday, have no reachable support department, and provided no legitimate service worth the fees charged. I have documented everything: the fake MARA number, call logs from multiple countries, payment records, and email correspondence showing lack of substance.
