With a name like Australian kids, I assumed it was an Australian company. It wasn't until I received a subpar item and sought a refund that I learned I would need to ship it back to a location overseas at my own cost. Alternatively, to be environmentally friendly, I could keep the item but only receive a 30% refund. The quality was disappointing, and I could have found it cheaper elsewhere, but I expected better because of the name. Other platforms offer better return policies. I will not purchase from this service again.
