Excessively priced, disappointing quality, inadequate packaging, and the customer service has much to improve upon, and that's just the start. I would NEVER suggest this service to anyone. The package arrived in bad condition due to the packing method used. I requested a refund for the return... I won't delve further into my disappointment.
My husband bought two suction car race tracks. The suction plugs are of such low quality that they don’t adhere to anything! The plastic track is hard to handle and impossible to create a loop as shown in the pictures. We even left them in the sun for a long time to try and soften the plastic a bit. Ultimately, my husband had to take it outside and SCREW one to a piece of timber just to make it somewhat enjoyable for the kids. I reached out to the company, and it took more than two weeks, plus a follow-up email from me, before they replied. They only offered a 30% refund or a full refund if I returned the items to an overseas location at my own expense. I have been in constant communication with their customer support team, and they refuse to tell me where the business is actually based. Additionally, upon examining their website further, I noticed that ALL of their product images appear to be AI generated? And any negative reviews seem to be removed from their site, including mine.
I ordered three items but only received two. The product I paid 119 AUD for is of such low quality that it doesn't even meet the value of 5 dollars. My child remarked, "mamma, this is just junk." This feels like a significant scam. I advise against ordering from this seller. The items are not Australian products; they're cheap goods shipped from another country while misleadingly using an Australian name. If I could give zero stars, I would.
AVOID THIS SELLER - NOT AUSTRALIAN. All items were damaged and shipped directly from overseas. I bought them under the impression I was supporting a local business. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand. The quality is terrible, and it was a complete waste of money on these cheap, useless products.
I truly regret not looking at the reviews before making a purchase from this site! I ordered a dinosaur car and a light-up bath toy. They took weeks to arrive, and the tracking was in a different language! When they finally got here, they were of poor quality. The bath toy was so tiny and cost $20, supposedly marked down from $40—honestly, if I had seen it in a store, I wouldn't pay even a dollar for it! The car was also very small and flimsy. I couldn't give these as Christmas gifts as I had planned, which led to a frantic scramble on Christmas Eve. I've tried to contact them to return the items but received no response. Save your money!

It wasn't until I received a subpar item and sought a refund that I learned I would need to ship it back to a location overseas at my own cost. Alternatively, to be environmentally friendly, I could keep the item but only receive a 30% refund. Poor quality product. It's unacceptable to act as if you're a local company. I regret not reviewing feedback prior to my purchase. I ordered a tummy time water mat, but the packaging states 'Baby Slapped Pad'. If it were possible, I would rate it negatively.
