My husband bought two suction car race tracks. The suction plugs are of such low quality that they don’t adhere to anything! The plastic track is hard to handle and impossible to create a loop as shown in the pictures. We even left them in the sun for a long time to try and soften the plastic a bit. Ultimately, my husband had to take it outside and SCREW one to a piece of timber just to make it somewhat enjoyable for the kids. I reached out to the company, and it took more than two weeks, plus a follow-up email from me, before they replied. They only offered a 30% refund or a full refund if I returned the items to an overseas location at my own expense. I have been in constant communication with their customer support team, and they refuse to tell me where the business is actually based. Additionally, upon examining their website further, I noticed that ALL of their product images appear to be AI generated? And any negative reviews seem to be removed from their site, including mine.
