Avoid this company at all costs! I can't understand why this platform was recommended to me as a reliable place to purchase opals, because it absolutely is not. After placing an order, I quickly realized within an hour that the item was gold-filled when I wanted solid gold, so I requested a cancellation. I received no response for two weeks! Fortunately, I used a payment service, escalated the issue, and eventually received an email from the company stating they would process my refund. However, they never did! If I hadn't gone through the payment service, I would have lost my money. Please, just avoid this!
