Heed my warning and do not buy anything from this service! I can't understand why this platform was suggested to me as a reliable place to purchase opals, because it absolutely is not. After placing an order, I quickly realized within an hour that the item was gold-filled when I wanted solid gold, so I requested a cancellation. I received no response for two weeks! Fortunately, I used a payment service, escalated the issue, and eventually got an email from the company stating they would process my refund. However, they never did! If I hadn't gone through the payment service, I would have lost my money. Please, just avoid this!

DO NOT buy from this company. Their prices for triplet opal jewelry are outrageously high. After shopping around, I found that their prices are easily two to three times more than others. They claim to offer black opal, but what you receive are low-quality triplet opals. It's deceptive and dishonest. Plus, you have to pay extra just to choose a ring size? Stay away!
This is my second purchase from this company, and I chose the Men’s Fiery Opal Cufflinks in Sterling Silver for my husband. The fire in every stone is stunning, and what I received matched the images online perfectly. The complimentary luxury packaging is always beautiful! The prices are very competitive, and the opals are indeed from Australia. The cufflinks showcase brilliant flashes of color. Plus, the free insured shipping is a nice bonus. I'm already planning to create a unique piece for Christmas using their custom selection tool.
Caution advised! My husband bought an openwork heart pendant with opal, and as a mature woman, it’s simply unwearable. They never provide dimensions, only stating that photos are enlarged for detail. The pendant is tiny, about the size of my fingernail. He upgraded to their 'higher grade' chain, which turned out to be flimsy. All this for $900! When I called to return it, they had no record of the purchase. Now I’m stuck with an item I wouldn’t feel comfortable gifting.
