Dealing with this company was incredibly frustrating. I've never encountered such poor customer service for a luxury purchase. First, be aware that the opals are not sourced from Australia but from the US. Their shipping service is also subpar, and if you encounter issues, don’t expect any help from them. The prices may seem reasonable, but the quality is quite average. I regret supporting a company that misleads customers about their sourcing. I should have checked reviews beforehand.
