I wish I had checked reviews before spending money on jewelry from this company. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a luxury purchase. The item I received was of extremely low quality, and the customer service was shockingly rude when I tried to address the issues. I've had better customer service for inexpensive items. It seems their business model is to take people's money and then ignore any complaints. Additionally, their products are sourced from the USA, not Australia.
