Good Patio, Poor Follow-Through and Customer SupportWe had a patio installed by Australian Outdoor Living at our Ardross property in August 2024. While the workmanship of the structure itself is generally good, serious issues have since developed.Following heavy rains, several leaks appeared where the patio joins the house roof and at the base of the gable section. I contacted the company immediately, providing clear photographs and details. Since then, I’ve sent multiple emails and made several phone calls — yet weeks later, I have had little to no meaningful follow-up.The real disappointment here isn’t the workmanship — which could be rectified — but the lack of customer care after installation. Once the job was done and payment taken, the support seems to have evaporated.A premium company should stand by its work, especially when problems emerge so soon after installation. Unfortunately, Australian Outdoor Living’s lack of responsiveness has left me frustrated and questioning their commitment to customer service.👉 If you’re considering them, be aware: the build may be fine, but getting support when issues arise is another story.
