Very unprofessional from the Qld logan branch on our artifical turf install.First to get us to sign on the day we were told it would be installed by the 2023 school holidays.Apparently when we did this it was a miss communication apparently which is a lie we know what we were told.Now since signing in August we have had to contact them to find out what is going on with it.When doing do so they then say they have been trying to contact us another lie.This branch in qld is very unprofessional and would not even look at ..office of fare trading needs to contacted..at thus time trying to get a full refund.
