We had booked a course for today near our location, but the company canceled the appointment due to an issue on their end. They requested that we change our location, which we accepted, agreeing to travel 1.5 hours. Last night, while doing the e-learning, we completed most of the material and were in the middle of the assessment when the system shut down, stating it was already 11:59 PM and we could no longer continue. This morning, as we were heading to the course location, we hoped they would understand our situation since we had been accommodating earlier. Unfortunately, they did not listen and canceled our booking, asking us to rebook the course. It was very frustrating to show them understanding, only to be met with the same lack of consideration. Additionally, why was the cutoff time set at 11:59 PM when our class starts at 9:00 AM the next day? It was unfair not to allow us to finish the assessment we were already working on.
