Attended CPR course with Parker this morning in Ringwood.

Parker was not only highly qualified with his background but the session was hands-down one of the best training experiences I've had. Parker is extremely knowledgeable, with a deep understanding of both the theory and practical applications. What really stood out was how he made everything so easy to understand—he broke down complex concepts into clear, straightforward explanations, used real-world examples, and kept the session engaging with his calm, approachable teaching style. The hands-on practice felt relaxed yet thorough, and I left feeling genuinely confident in my skills. I would highly recommend Parker to anyone looking for a CPR course; he's an outstanding instructor who genuinely cares about his students.

The presenter Minh did a great job in explaining and demonstrating things and new techniques that I hadn’t seen before.
I have been to different CPR training sessions and throughout those learning sessions, today was the best one. Superb session, the expertise and practical ways that our Instructor Ron delivered the training was impeccable . Grateful for the valuable training provided today. I would recommend Instructor Ron for all participants who would require CPR Training.
I booked a first aid and CPR course for January. The course got cancelled the morning of.
I contacted the company to request a refund as I had to rebook with a different company.
I sent through a refund request form and the communication since then has been next to nothing. I’ve only had one email- a week later after I followed up on what was happening with my refund. Another week later, I’ve called again and basically felt like my concerns have been disregarded and I won’t see my refund.
Just be aware of this potential issue if the course gets cancelled and you request a refund.
Not very professional. I will not recommend this company.
I have attended many first aid courses over the years and today’s done by Ron was a cut above.
Ron was so practical in his delivery and really cemented exactly what we needed to know to make us feel confident to be able to help the wider community in a first aid situation.

Parker made this whole experience great. I am usually nervous going into group dynamics, but my nerves were calmed instantly. He made everyone feel so welcomed, very supported and heard. He is very passionate about what he does and you can tell he just wants you to get the best information so that we are well equipped to provide first aid if need be. I really enjoyed this and I could not recommend it enough. Thank you Parker
I arrived at 9:07 for my course that started at 9:00. The instructor refused to let me be assessed, despite their own sign-in sheet indicating that late arrivals were acceptable until 9:10. I stayed for an hour, but the instructor's performance was shocking. Her English was poor, and she spoke in a robotic manner with no engagement. Those who attended that session likely learned nothing and shouldn't receive their certificates. I was surprised because I’ve had excellent instructors in the past. However, my experience today was much better with a different instructor, and I learned a lot. This has made me hesitant to book with this group again, as the first instructor's lack of professionalism was unacceptable.
Following a stressful beginning to the day, the incredible trainer took steps to alleviate that anxiety, allowing us to proceed with the course. The trainer was exceptionally detailed and exceeded expectations in explaining and demonstrating everything needed. Highly recommend!
The instructor displayed remarkable professionalism combined with a lively and energetic approach. He connected effectively with everyone, offering assistance when requested and stepping in proactively when he observed someone in need. His respectful demeanor and discussions on significant life lessons made a positive impact. I felt at ease and appreciated the welcoming environment he fostered.
We had booked a course for today near our location, but the company canceled the appointment due to an issue on their end. They requested that we change our location, which we accepted, agreeing to travel 1.5 hours. Last night, while doing the e-learning, we completed most of the material and were in the middle of the assessment when the system shut down, stating it was already 11:59 PM and we could no longer continue. This morning, as we were heading to the course location, we hoped they would understand our situation since we had been accommodating earlier. Unfortunately, they did not listen and canceled our booking, asking us to rebook the course. It was very frustrating to show them understanding, only to be met with the same lack of consideration. Additionally, why was the cutoff time set at 11:59 PM when our class starts at 9:00 AM the next day? It was unfair not to allow us to finish the assessment we were already working on.
