I arrived at 9:07 for my course that started at 9:00. The instructor refused to let me be assessed, despite their own sign-in sheet indicating that late arrivals were acceptable until 9:10. I stayed for an hour, but the instructor's performance was shocking. Her English was poor, and she spoke in a robotic manner with no engagement. Those who attended that session likely learned nothing and shouldn't receive their certificates. I was surprised because I’ve had excellent instructors in the past. However, my experience today was much better with a different instructor, and I learned a lot. This has made me hesitant to book with this group again, as the first instructor's lack of professionalism was unacceptable.
