I booked a first aid and CPR course for January. The course got cancelled the morning of.
I contacted the company to request a refund as I had to rebook with a different company.
I sent through a refund request form and the communication since then has been next to nothing. I’ve only had one email- a week later after I followed up on what was happening with my refund. Another week later, I’ve called again and basically felt like my concerns have been disregarded and I won’t see my refund.
Just be aware of this potential issue if the course gets cancelled and you request a refund.
Not very professional. I will not recommend this company.
