We purchased an Autel evo3 through autel pilot in December 2025. We received the product in a relatively timely manner but immediately ran into hardware problems. Namely, on our second flight at less than 100 ft. We discovered that the gyroscope that rotates the camera was not functioning.
We started the replacement process in mid-January but have been met with uncooperative customer service that only communicates via email. The two customer service agents repeatedly asked for the same photos and videos and then do not communicate for weeks on end.
It is now late February and we have yet to receive a replacement drone, compensation for the broken gyroscope on our current drone or been offered any kind of solution.
I would highly recommend buying from Autel directly instead of dealing with cheap third-party dealers like this one. It was my mistake to not notice that they have no phone numbers attached to their website, which should have been my first red flag.
