Buyers Beware!!!!!!!!!!Poor customer service and warranty repairs. My scanner stopped working within 5 months and was returned for warranty repairs. The warranty stated is one year. I did everything as requested. The scanner was registered and a invoice was provided. I received a email later stating that I had to pay a $100.00 deductible to have the scanner repaired.I have returned all my Autel scanners. There are many competitive scanner companies available with superior customer support.
