The company sold a DEFECTIVE cable and refused to address my concerns. The manager offered a mere $9 refund for a defective item, which is less than half of what I originally paid. Moreover, I was instructed to return the item from the USA to China at my own expense! This is completely unacceptable!

I inquired about an update for a vehicle that isn't listed in the database. I had already provided the year of manufacture, but now I’m met with silence despite following up. The service needs improvement. Additionally, the instructions are poorly written. Very disappointing service.
I bought an OBDII tester, and when I tried to use it, the ABS feature was missing from the screen. I reached out for help, but they claimed that model doesn’t support ABS and closed my case. I provided proof that it should, but they have ignored my follow-ups. It seems they are unwilling to assist or acknowledge their mistake.
