Terrible, horrible customer service. If I could rate them with a zero stars, I would. I had issues with the scan tool under the manufacture warranty period. They replaced the unit with one that didn't have any programs on it. They said that I would have to pay $800 to have programs installed on it, and "it's not their problem, it's mine". Why would I have to pay again, since I already paid for the programs when I purchased the unit? I contacted the Napa store that I purchased the tool from, no help there either, since they purchased it from a local distributor. I contacted the distributor that they bought it from, no help there either. What a terrible experience.
