This company is a disgrace. I bought a MK808z scanner from the autel uk outlet in December last year. It did the jobs required and I then wanted to recover some of my costs after selling my two cars. At 77 years of age I felt it was time to stop driving. I listed it on ebay. Autel then complained to ebay under thier VeRO programme that I was trying to sell a counterfeit scanner! and had ebay remove the listing. I have proof of purchase. Order number attached. I removed that review to put up this review to add my ordere number references to prove I had purchased this scanner legally..
