Was a bit wary of updating the software on MS906 scan tool online from china but it went so smooth, downloaded it works better than i thought it would .the customer service is fantastic no matter wot you ask of them always happy to help
I am very disappointed with the Autel MS906 Pro.After 1 year and 8 months of normal use, I accidentally performed a factory reset. Following the reset, all diagnostic software was completely removed, and the device became unusable. I was then required to pay for new subscriptions just to restore basic functionality.A professional tool should not become useless after a simple factory reset. Being forced to pay again to use a device I already purchased is extremely frustrating. I cannot recommend this product based on this experience.
