Please be very very careful in dealing with Autelstore.co.uk, a Chinese company literally run from China - not the UK, as I thought. Do not confuse Autelstore.Co.Uk with the Autel UK, who are UK main dealers for Autel and are based in Dunstable. Also any devices purchased from Autelstore are highly likely known as grey imports and are NOT covered with any UK warranty or UK service, although its very unclear on their website they have to be returned directly to China. Also note, even if the device is switched on, the company regard this as a used device and mention NO full refund. On another matter, the courier they use is known as CE China Express UK Limited, Unit W8, Westpoint, Middlemore Lane West, Walsall, WS9 8BG (read their negative reviews on 192.com and Trustpilot via the direct link to Myluckyteeth). Apparently from the reviews, the courier's send out poor cheaply made products and according to many the company don't reply to emails or phone calls. This courier also employs one person (uk.globaldatabase.com website) & despite sending my package back to Walsall (as per the return address sticker on the original packaging) I was told by Autelstore to return to China - it was too late by then, as the package had been tracked and signed. Also note; despite asking the full address of the Autelstore UK warehouse location they always avoid the question. Research revealed the courier address deals as an operating warehouse, so I assume Autelstore warehouse is located here as well. More so, as Autelstore never answered my question. Also avoid going through Paypal Resolution Centre, as despite a tracked signature they declined my claim. In the end, go through your bank or building society for a payment reversal claim. Therefore If you purchase any diagnostic device for your vehicle and wish to return the product for a refund, then expect a lot of problems and disputes with this Chinese Company. So just to recap; if your product is to be returned for a refund,it cannot be sent back to the Walsall return address as originally shown on packaging!. Secondly in their eyes the device is now second hand and doesn't come into the UK consumer rules, but it has no UK warranty or service. And lastly my experience is as follows; I bought the Autel MD808 Pro diagnostic device from their website. It mentioned the device could be used on a whole range of different vehicles. What they do not tell you and in my case I own a 2015 Vauxhall car is the software is only compatible with Vauxhall cars before 2012. Therefore the oil reset feature is not compatible with my vehicle. Regrettably even the latest version software downloads do not have the latest vehicles.Just be careful.
