Paid £351 via Paypal for Mk808 12 dec 20. Site says "Autel Authorised Dealer".Late hours of 12 dec I come across bad reviews about this site.13 Dec I search for more info, and come across Autel.co.uk - the real UK dealer.Reading there site it says that Mk808 is not even a real UK device. It is a grey import which is known to be widely copied and cloned.Some work ok but some are missing functions and real Autel update.The Mk808 is not and will never be covered by a UK warranty so repairs {and it may well need some after short use} and done in China so buyer would need to post at their own cost.Basically it is quite often not a real Autel product when buying at a lower price, so do not buy cheaper.And a real UK Authosised dealer would not sell them so they are not an Authorised dealer - BEWARE OF THEM!After reading this I logged into the autelstore.co.uk to view my order, and luckily it still said Pending because it was a Sunday.I posted in comment box to cancel my order before they could dispatch, and asked for a Paypal refund.I also send a bunch of emails saying the same.Monday 14 dec came and they have indeed cancelled my order, closed my account login and said they will refund.After many requests, they now say they will refund but I have to do it - at least I think that's what they mean??Wording is broken English so hard to understand.I have contacted Paypal and they agreed to fast track and escalate this case because being a china website disguised as a UK site and not just simply pressing Refund, they also have alarm bells ringing Fraud!It is currently 17.20HRS 14 dec as I write this, and as of most of today they are no longer returning my messages.Paypal have assured me that 1 way or another they will get my money, but I reckon it will be next year before I get it so I won't be buying a real one until then.PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE, I TRULY BELIEVE MOST IF NOT ALL OF THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FALSE.
