The company has inventory in the UK, but when my scanner (under warranty) developed a hardware fault causing green lines on the screen, I was told it must be sent to Shenzhen for repair. I have to pay both outbound and return shipping. They also instructed me to declare the parcel value as USD 79 and send it untracked to avoid import tax. If the parcel is lost, I would lose most of the £300 I paid for the scanner.
