I will never deal with autel again. Had a scanner, paid for updates, scanner would not connect or download the updates. Tried speaking to autel UK who refused help because it has a DK serial number. I bought it from aurel UK seems they are in China and the aggression is common if you have a complaint according to Trust Piolet Their reply is absolutey false Spoke to some really nasty prices of work, one said she'll send a refund since I need the money so badly, one said I was accusing her of breaking it, I just wanted help to sort the problem out but they were only interested in finding ways to get out of support. I'm sure it's a simple issue but I'm going to buy a think car instead because of the way I was spoken to. Vile company
