Paid extra for shipping before Christmas. One item was delivered other item missing, I was assured this would be sent out in the new year. I have sent various emails since and I am just being ignored. Terrible customer service would never purchase from them again!
I would give zero stars if that were an option. This 'company' is utterly ridiculous, with no means of communication available. While they have an email address, reaching out is pointless as no one replies. I've sent several emails regarding an order I placed that hasn't arrived. This is unacceptable, especially considering the high prices of their items. I plan to escalate this situation and report this scam!

Yes, they have an email address, but it’s pointless as no one replies. I've sent numerous emails regarding an order I placed and have yet to receive. It's incredibly frustrating, especially during this busy time of year when their items are not inexpensive. I will be escalating this and reporting this situation as a scam!
I ordered during the Black Friday sale and anticipated some delays. I received a dispatch notice on December 1 with a tracking number, but the tracking shows that the carrier has not yet received the package from them three days later (for a 24-hour tracked service). I emailed the company and received no response. Very disappointing.
I ordered a hoodie that arrived significantly smaller than expected, likely a junior size, but it wasn’t indicated online. After emailing them three times, I still haven't received a reply about returning it for a refund. Do not buy from this seller, especially since they don't respond to emails as stated in their refund policy. It’s been a long time.
