If I could select 0 stars, I certainly would. This company has been absolutely ridiculous — zero communication and no ways to get in touch. Yes, they have an email address, but it’s pointless as no one replies. I've sent numerous emails regarding an order I placed and have yet to receive. It's incredibly frustrating, especially during this busy time of year when their items are not inexpensive. I will be escalating this and reporting this situation as a scam!
