I paid $25 to authenticate and identify a bag I got from Italy that was supposedly vintage. They requested photos of tags but this bag does not have any. It only has nameplates. I received an email stating that, unfortunately, they can't accept the item for authentication because of missing identifiers and were going to issue a credit. A few hours later, I received an email stating that the order was completed and the bag deemed fake. I asked them why did they accept the order if they didn't have enough identifying information to determine if the bag was real or fake like they stated in their email? They said it was a mistake. I feel like that wasn't truthful. It's a red flag on their part and gives me second thoughts about using them again. They refuse to give me the credit that they said they were going to give me. This was the second time I request their service and I had a good experience the first time. This time, not so much.
