I tried to get authentic, classic, Louis Vuitton purses authenticated by this company. I received an email that they needed more photos of things I do not have as they are classic bags. They withdrew $40 for the service that I never received. I have reached out to them three times with zero response. I am incredibly mad out of principle. It's wrong and unethical. I do not recommend this company.

Their authentication on my hermes bag was wrong. If this company truly cares about the service they provide then they would atleast make right of their mistakes but unfortunately this industry is too monopolised and money is too easy for them. They could care less about the consequences of their judgements. Stay clear from these people and dont throw your money away to them.
One of the 1st luxury preloved bags I bought was authenticated in 2019 by AF. They assessed the bag as authentic. Fast forward to 2025, I’m reselling my bag and it comes back as inauthentic from two reputable authenticators. If AF had authenticated correctly, I would have disputed the bag and gotten my money back. Now years later, I find out that the bag is fake and I lost over $1000. The poor reviews for AF are substantiated. Tread carefully if authenticating with them.

I think they are using AI for their authentication as it used to take 24-48hours now the last bag was literally less than 4 minutes to authenticate. I also received a request for more pictures today for another bag and it had AI under the request. Ive used them for 4 years now.I agree they are definitely not friendly and I'm considering finding another company.
Awful customer service and authenticators. Will authenticate fake Dior and Gucci bags as legit (authentic). Don’t let them fool you. Every time they need “clearer pictures”. I use IPhone 16 pro max with macro lenses lol and take 4k photos. Don’t trust this company with shady “experts”.
