CAUTION! My experience was absolutely unacceptable. My order was marked as 'delivered' by the carrier, but I never received anything. No package arrived, no delivery attempt was made, and no one could provide assistance. The package simply disappeared. Initially, the service team informed me that an investigation was underway. However, they later changed their stance, claiming the package was 'successfully delivered' and refused to take any responsibility, issue a refund, or help. Their final response was essentially: 'It’s delivered according to the carrier. Stop contacting us. Deal with the courier yourself.' If your package is lost or misdelivered, you're on your own. The company hides behind a vague 'proof of delivery' and washes their hands of the situation, even when the customer never received anything. High prices, zero accountability, and shockingly poor customer support. I strongly advise against ordering from this company: once they ship, they consider their job done—even if you never receive the package. If something goes wrong, expect deflection, silence, and a lack of assistance. Please, do not trust this company with your money. Look elsewhere unless you're willing to risk it.
