WARNING!!! Completely unacceptable experience. My order was marked as 'delivered' by the carrier, yet I never received any package. Nothing showed up, no delivery attempt was made, no signature, no neighbor, nothing. The package simply disappeared. Initially, the service informed me that an investigation was in progress. Then, without resolving the issue, they abruptly changed their stance and claimed the package was 'successfully delivered,' refusing any responsibility, refund, or assistance. Their final message was essentially: 'It’s delivered according to the carrier. Stop reaching out to us. Handle the courier on your own.' So if your package is stolen, lost, or misdelivered, you're left to fend for yourself. The company hides behind a generic 'proof of delivery' and washes their hands of the matter, even when the customer hasn’t received anything. High prices, zero accountability, and shockingly poor and rude customer support. I strongly caution anyone thinking of ordering from this service: once they ship, they consider their job complete—even if the package never arrives. If something goes awry, expect deflection, silence, and refusal to assist. Please, please, please, do not trust this company with your money. Shop elsewhere unless you’re willing to risk your funds.
My partner and I purchased a lovely bright pink cashmere jumper with cable knit details on the sleeve while on holiday last year. He saved it for me as a Christmas gift, but after wearing it twice, I washed it with a specialist cashmere wash on a hand wash cycle, alone in the machine. It came out looking like felt and like something a child would wear. Despite washing it in cold water, it was still releasing pink water when taken out. I'm not even sure if it's genuine cashmere, as I have other cashmere items that have never had this issue. What a disappointment—it cost a lot of money!

I strongly advise against ordering from this company: once they ship, they consider their job done—even if you never receive the package. If something goes wrong, expect deflection, silence, and a lack of assistance. Please, do not trust this company with your money. Look elsewhere unless you're willing to risk it.
Update: after this review, customer service responded and managed a refund for the product, excluding shipping costs. I ordered again, and this time the shipping was fine, and the product quality is good. Out of two prepaid orders, one never arrived. No refund, no new shipment, no goods. Customer service was unavailable. According to DHL's delivery info, 'shipment exception occurred,' and the package was returned to the shipper. Customer service was contacted via email on 25.11.2025. The service team is welcome to reach out to resolve the issue.
