Extremely frustrating experience

This has been the worst experience ever. If you need something urgently, don't use this service. I have a balance of 2.2 but couldn't purchase a number costing 1.2 due to an 'insufficient balance' error. It's a waste of time.

Service quality is lacking

The quality of service is severely lacking. When you add funds, they don't reflect, and there's no assistance available. I've added funds twice, and they still haven't appeared. I find this service to be untrustworthy.
