Top-notch proxies for account management

I would rate this a 5 because the proxies are excellent and likely the best residential IPs I've found for managing accounts without getting flagged. I've been using a lot of data for a week, and the speeds are consistently good, which is rare. I just need the issue with the IP going offline fixed.
