Began my journey in July 2025 with the hope of getting illustrations for a children's book and a Platinum Marketing plan filled with promises, including a 300% ROI. Now, in December, the website is still not live. I've requested a refund but keep getting ignored and ghosted. They did manage to get my book onto a platform, which I could have done myself. When I ordered copies, the print quality was so poor that some character outlines are barely visible. I've reached out multiple times via calls and emails, even expressing my frustration, but they only promise updates that never come. Now I'm considering legal action. This has been the worst decision of my life, with thousands invested in this service. All I wanted was what was promised, but I can't even share my book as gifts for Christmas. I'm extremely dissatisfied—more like devastated. I strongly advise against using this service. I still want my refund.
