I placed an order with a certain platform on December 12th. The site clearly indicated that the estimated delivery was between December 16-21. Even in the worst-case scenario, I expected to receive the item before Christmas. However, the book didn't even have a shipping label until December 17th, and it wasn't transferred to a shipping partner until the 19th. Now it's December 22nd, and the book still hasn't reached USPS. Any hope for delivery before Christmas has vanished. I appreciate the concept of their service, and if you can afford to wait for the slowest shipping, then I would suggest it. Set your expectations for delivery to around 3-4 weeks. As I have not yet received the item, this review focuses solely on their shipping process.
