Incredible customer experience! I had a bit of a problem the first try and used the chat to ask for help. I got help so fast, and they made it right! The finished product was even better than expected, and we will definitely order again! I can't recommend this company highly enough!
My wife is part of a book club with the ladies/daughters of the family. This was such a great gift because it wasn't a gift you see very often. My wife absolutely loved this book! Made my day to surprise her with a unique gift for her birthday.

I placed an order with a service on December 12th, and their website indicated that the estimated delivery would be between December 16th and 21st. I thought I'd still receive the item before Christmas, even in the worst-case scenario. However, the package didn't even get a shipping label until December 17th and wasn't handed off to a shipping partner until the 19th. Now, it's December 22nd, and the package still hasn't been transferred to USPS. Any hopes of receiving it before Christmas are dashed. I appreciate the concept of their business, but if you're not in a rush and can wait for very slow shipping, then I might suggest it. Be prepared to wait 3-4 weeks for delivery. This review focuses on the delivery process, not the product quality, as I haven't received it yet.

I just received my book from a certain platform. The quality is impeccable! It looks exactly like what I created on the site! The customer service was excellent, and the shipping was quick, arriving just in time for the holidays. I highly recommend this service!
We had a wonderful experience. We ordered a book for our granddaughter as a Christmas gift, and it arrived six days before Christmas, well in time. The book was beautifully done and of very high quality. Additionally, every time I emailed with questions about the book's status, they responded promptly.
As a real customer and a professional writer, I thought this product would be a fun gift for my daughter. After receiving the book, I was genuinely excited! The cover was charming, the layout was professional, and I laughed out loud at the first paragraph. I didn't want to 'break the book' since I got the paperback version, but I did read a few chapters and was very pleased. It's humorous and surprisingly detailed. I'm looking forward to gifting it, albeit with some concern about the writing process. I hope a talented writer was involved, as that would make all the difference!
